Placing Chunks of Flesh and Molotov together inside the doghouse will spawn a Hellhound for you. When the Hellhound is defeated or slain, it will drop a Dog Collar. You can use this to open the Dark Aether Rift.
Chunks of Flesh are used to get the Dog Collar Key. Together with the Locked Diary, Pill Bottle, and Surveillance Camera, they are used to open the Dark Aether Rift.
