The Next call of Duty game is coming to Game Pass in 2024
It is common knowledge that Blizzard is obsessed with releasing a “new” Call of Duty game every year during the holidays, and some leaks are suggesting that the dev team is planning to follow that tradition in 2024, as well. Yes, Call of Duty 2024 is reportedly in the works and might get released in October 2024. With that out of the way, let’s answer the main question a lot of players are asking. Is Call of Duty 2024 coming to Game Pass?
Call of Duty 2024 will launch on Game Pass
Yes, this is true and we are not making stuff. If we quote Matt Booty, the Head of Xbox Game Studios, from the latest Official Xbox Podcast, all Microsoft First-Party games will come to Game Pass on Day 1. This is exactly what he had to say:
First, all of our games will be on the Xbox platform. Second, all of our games will go into Game Pass on Day 1. Third, the Game Pass will only be available on Game Pass.

The team further added specifically that all Activision Blizzard games are also coming to Game Pass, which starts with Diablo 4 releasing on the Game Pass on March 28, 2024. If this doesn’t make it clear that the next Call of Duty (Cod Black Ops Gulf War) is coming to Game Pass, then we don’t know what will.
Now, we are not sure if the game would be available for free to Game Pass owners or if it would just be available at a discounted price. Whatever it is, all Call of Duty games are going to come to Game Pass from now on, that’s for sure.
